If you are coming from Germany, we recommend traveling on the A8 due to the current border controls. Take exit 112 Traunstein / Siegsdorf and then continue on the B306 via Inzell - Unken - Lofer - Saalfelden. You will probably avoid the traffic jams at the Salzburg-Walserberg and Kufstein-Kiefersfelden borders. This is also the variant that saves the purchase of an Austrian motorway vignette. If you are coming from Vienna via the A1 motorway, we recommend that you exit at Salzburg Airport or at the next exit 297 Wals and then choose the street via Bad Reichenhall-Unken-Lofer-Saalfelden.

The apartments can be occupied from 2 p.m. On the day of departure we ask you to vacate by 10:00 a.m. If you arrive earlier or would like to spend the rest of the day in Maria Alm, we can store your luggage for you.

We kindly ask you to park your sports equipment (skis, snowboards, sledges, bobsleigh, bicycles, ...) in the garage.

The beds are of course made for you.
On the 1st floor you will find a storage room, there you will find bed linen, towels, tea towels, cleaning agents, vacuum cleaners, toilet paper and kitchen rolls.

We would be happy to order bread, pastries and rolls from our bakery and place them in front of your apartment door from 7:00.

A Tchibo-Eduscho-Tabs machine is available. You can get tabs in town at Billa or MPreis. Alternatively, there is also a filter coffee machine.

The Unterberger bakery and the Bauer bakery are both a 3-minute walk away (both are also open on Sundays). At the beginning of the village you will find the Billa supermarket, on the main road towards Saalfelden you will find the M price. We have 2 souvenir shops, 2 glass shops, 2 traditional clothing stores and 5 sports shops including ski rental and ski school, a tobacco shop for newspapers. The nearest pharmacy can be found in Saalfelden.

The HOFLADEN at the Melchamauer is worth a visit. The Liebmannbauer or Oberstegbauer also sell from the farm.

In the garden there are loungers for you to relax. Behind the carport you will find a large terrace with garden furniture, parasol and grill.
In winter you can build a snowman / snow castle with your children or the bobsleigh track on the hill behind the house.

We do not accommodate pets in the Leitner holiday nest. We ask for your understanding.

We would be happy to provide you with a cot, stool and high chair free of charge.
We have a game room with various games, table tennis, darts, table football. In summer you will find a swing, sandpit, slide, bar in the large garden. In winter bobsleigh, sled, slide, shovel, ...

Dishes, glasses, pots, cutlery, coffee machine, kettle, spices, oil and vinegar, cleaning utensils are of course available.

You can easily store the motorcycle in the carport.

We have reserved a parking space for your car directly at the house under the carport.

The Feriennest Leitner is a non-smoking house. Ashtrays are available on the balcony.

During the Corona crisis   we support you in planning your vacation with a lot of flexibility. So you can   your booking

Please also use the option of taking out travel cancellation insurance with Europäische Reiseversicherung.

As long as the Covid-19 situation remains stable as it is now, full cancellation insurance and travel interruption protection apply again.
There is coverage in the event that an insured guest cannot commence or has to break off the trip:

• because an elevated temperature is measured, even if a later test result is negative, or he / she tested positive for COVID-19 without showing symptoms.
• because he / she has COVID-19 symptoms.
• because a close relative or a person living in the same household becomes ill with COVID-19 and an urgent presence is required.
• because a close relative in the common household falls ill with COVID-19 and the guest therefore has to go into quarantine.
