Leitner family would like to wish you a very warm welcome to the romantic pilgrimage village of Maria Alm in the Hochkönig region in the province of Salzburg, only about 75 km from the city of Salzburg itself.

are very quiet and centrally located. The Natrunbahn as a starting point for the Königstour in the Hochkönig ski area and in the summer on the Prinzenberg Natrun is only 100 m away. The center of Maria Alm with many restaurants and shops can be reached in 2 minutes on foot. This means that the car can also go on holiday in the new carport, protected.

Relax in summer in our spacious garden on the wonderful, lush green lawn in the shade of the trees or on our new terrace with a view of the mighty Maria Almer church tower.

Children can now have fun on our playground with a play house, slide, swing, various toys and sandpit, table tennis, darts, table football, scrambling on our climbing tree or balancing on the slackline.

Climate change is making the heat in the lower areas or at the sea unbearable. In the Hochkönig region around Maria Alm, on the other hand, there is a climate from 800 m above sea level with pleasant temperatures and low humidity, which ensures a cool head. This is how hiking is fun!

A dip in the cool water of the Maria Almer Erlebnisbad Sommerstein or the wind on the bike tour or during summer tobogganing make you forget the heat. It also cools down comfortably at night, which ensures restful, deep sleep. It is also pleasant that there are hardly any gels or ticks due to the high location.
